I know, I know…usually I post things of more substance, but gimme a break today! It’s Monday, I’m at work and I’m coming back from a 3 day weekend (not as exciting as it sounds- I was sick). Not to mention, I haven’t posted in over a month (oops). Anyway, I found this hilarious. :-) I can’t even begin to figure out who to give credit to for this because I found it in a hundred different places, but if you know, let me know!

SQUEE!!!! This adorable creature is a Squishable! Unfortunately, (s)he* is out of stock right now but holy potatoes I don’t think I have ever seen anything cuter. Except maybe the Squishable hedgehog. Or the duck. Or the raccoon. Or the….well, you get it. *I really want to call this little ball of cute a “he”…I don’t know why, but it looks like a male ladybug to me….perhaps it is just my inner desire to put enormous eyelashes on everything female. You know…because men don’t have eyelashes. :-P

I want this SO BAD. The brilliant team over at Nation design studio came up with an idea that I’m sure many Facebook users will “like”. (Ooh look at me go with my pun. Puns are fun. I “like” them. haha.) Anyway, I am sure that if I don’t buy this for myself by the end of the year, it will be at the top of my give-me-fun-stuff-to-make-winter-suck-less (aka Christmas) list.

The Seventeen Magazine Project took me by surprise...

When I read that a high school senior was going to live by every teenage girl’s fashion/beauty/relationship bible, I was definitely not expecting it to be as witty, sarcastic and overall amazing as it turned out to be. Jamie Keiles proves that women can be interested in fashion without being brain dead. I love her! She also happens to be one of the most well versed 18 year olds that I have ever encountered. This girl has a bright future ahead of her!!

Ahh!!!!!! Tell me this is not the silliest/most amazing “wig” you have ever seen. Ok, don’t tell me. Because I love it. It is functional (kind of) and just so much fun!! Now, if only I knew how to do anything more than casting on, knitting and casting off!

Aside from this being the most exciting photograph of a bathtub (yes, a bathtub) that I have ever seen, the tub itself is even more exciting. Designed by Alegna (known for their yacht building), it even has a specially designed drainage system so that the water in the tub can overflow into the pebbles for a zen garden, fountain-esque feel. The tub itself can be made from any of 6 different types of wood- including mahogany! *droooool* I’m guessing that it is obvious that I have been stressed at work this week due to my lack of posts and my grand re-entrance being about a bathtub.
